              We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience.

Online Payments

Sunrise Water has selected Online-billpay as the new  service provider for processing online payments. This Oregon based company provides superior service and improved reliability for our customers.


Once registered customers will have the option to do the following:

  •             Make one time payments by either credit, debit or checking account
  •             Establish recurring automatic payments from either checking accounts or credit cards
  •             Sign up for paperless billing
  •             View your most current bill

Customers will need to register as a new user prior to paying bills.

  1. To register you MUST HAVE your user identification number and account number.
  2. You can find these numbers on your next printed bill, 
  3. Or, call our office during business hours and we will provide you with those numbers.
  4. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to select your own user name and password.

By Mail

Mail your check and payment stub using the courtesy reply envelope provided with your bill.  

One-time credit card payments can be made by mail using the form on the reverse side of your bill.  If the return envelope has been misplaced, the payment address is:

At the Office

Payments can be made in person at our office from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Our office is located at 10602 SE 129th Avenue in Happy Valley.    For payments after hours, on weekends, or during holidays, a drop box is located on the front of our office.

Limited Payment Arrangements

Struggling to pay your water bill due to financial difficulties? Call customer service at 503-761-0220 to determine if you are eligible for a short-term payment arrangement.  You must contact us prior to water shut off in order to qualify.

Returned Items

Payments declined for any reason will be subject to a $20.00 fee.  We reserve the right to refuse payments by check from customers with a history of returned items.

Late Payments

If you have received a Shut-off Notice, contact customer service staff to determine the best payment method to avoid water service suspension.  If payment isn’t received prior to the date and time specified on the Shut-off Notice water service will be suspended and additional fees will be accrued.

Collections on Delinquent Accounts 

We attempt to collect directly from account holders with delinquencies.  If attempts to collect delinquencies fail, the account will be turned over to a collections firm.  Once an account has been transferred to collections, we have no further connection to the account and all customer communications will be with the collection agency.
